February 2012 – Successfully litigated allocation of parenting responsibilities for a one-year old child. Opposing party wanted to limit client time to one day a week. Opposing party also wanted sole decision making. Obtained court order for joint decision making and staged increase to equal 50/50 parenting time over short period of time.
January 2012 – Obtained court order requiring spouse who dissipated marital assets after filing of divorce to repay assets to wronged spouse. Worked to obtain order that would be not be easily dischargable in bankruptcy and set-up mechanisms to protect spouse in the event bankruptcy was filed.
Divorce case – Obtained dismissal of restraining order wrongly obtained against spouse in a divorce case.
Custody Case – Obtained a court order increasing client’s parenting time from one night per week to three. Court found opposing parties arguments that client was unfit to be not credible and based on anger on the not the child’s best interests.
